The Grow Hope Foundation was co-founded in 2013 by Dr. Isaac Lufafa and Kim Taylor. The idea was conceived in a children’s hospital in Uganda. With their joint belief that the way to enact permanent change was by education and empowerment, they began working to do just that. In that first year Dr. Isaac purchased land and together we built Tusubira Village- a 5 acre educational compound where people come to learn about proper sanitation, hygiene, and nutrition. We also offer tailoring classes, business classes, skills training, tutoring and leadership building. Our Give Girls a Voice program empowers girls to continue their education and dream big in the surrounding schools.

Tusubira Village now offers beautiful guest huts that are creating sustainability for Tusubira Village and the opportunities it offers. One day these guest huts will enable this program to be fully self-sustaining.
